Thanks for the feedback. We have published the wrong draft of this article! I will get the correct one posted when I get off this train.

This article has several basic errors, TFRC does not include the Socialist Party, some of whose members were involved it was seen as a political victimisation of Paul Holmes after his strong performance in the previous General Secretary election.

Regional Secretaries do not have the final say over local industrial action, a lay Committee of the NEC does. They do make a report that is influential.

Yep, as David notes, the SP isn't part of TFRC, let alone "dominating it". Also incorrect to say the national SOGs don't endorse candidates, this time round the LGBT group backed Egan, believe all the others went for McAnea: https://www.instagram.com/p/DPnpthNDIpA/

The TFRC section was accidentally removed from the article. It's been restored https://redmole.substack.com/i/183157645/the-decisive-question-what-is-tfrc

Monday's post will develop this discussion by focusing on the Socialist Workers' Party's deceleration in the unions. For more background, see the Red Mole Guide on industrial work: https://books2read.com/u/m2GD1j
