The US and the Israelis don't attack hostile dictators because they want to restore human rights. They want weaker, subservient governments. They don;t care about human rights. Look at Gaza: the US and Israel fought Hamas. Are human rights better? Look at Venezuela: they replaced Maduro with a 'twin' that was more loyal to the US rather than the 'democrat' which the US said won the elections. And look at Iran: the 1953 coup that overthrew Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh just strengthened Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi’s rule, but supressed human rights.
What's your point?

These bombs don't bring human rights.
