Slowing Down to Do Better
A Note to Our Subscribers
Over the past few weeks, we've been experimenting with daily posting to see how it would serve your needs. The results have been illuminating - and they've taught us something important about what you value.
Your engagement patterns show clearly that you prefer fewer, more substantial pieces rather than a daily stream of content. When we post too frequently, even on topics that normally generate strong interest (like our Ireland organizational analysis), the response drops significantly. This tells us you want time to properly digest, discuss, and share the strategic insights we're exploring together.
Based on this feedback, we're making an important change: Red Mole will now publish 3 times per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - with each piece getting the space and attention it deserves.
This new rhythm will allow us to:
Develop deeper, more thoroughly researched analysis
Give our archival discoveries and translations proper prominence
Build sustained momentum around key themes rather than scattering our focus
Respect your time and attention rather than overwhelming your inbox
We'll be taking a brief pause this week to implement this new approach, returning Monday with a fresh thematic focus that builds on the strategic questions you've shown most interest in exploring.
Thank you for guiding us toward a more thoughtful, impactful approach. Your engagement - or lack thereof - is the best feedback we could ask for.
